Twig, a modern fertility clinic in Toronto, offers personalized and empathetic care to a diverse clientele, including LGBTQ2IA+ individuals. Recognizing the emotional challenges of fertility treatments, Twig aims to transform the conversation around fertility, focusing on specific needs and kindness throughout the journey.

To support clients, we created a responsive and educational website with clear navigation and a streamlined appointment booking system. The website features warm, organic elements and non-medical language to ensure comfort and understanding for all users. Additionally, we implemented a robust CMS and integrated a secure appointment booking application, allowing Twig to manage content effectively while protecting sensitive patient information.
