I've spent the last decade at the intersection of creative leadership and business development — first as a founding partner and ECD at Anyday, a Toronto brand and web agency I co-owned for nearly eight years, and then as Head of Creative at BX Studio, where I scaled a creative department from six to twenty-five people and helped the agency double its revenue in eighteen months.

I work with web agencies that want to compete at the enterprise level — as a fractional creative lead on their biggest accounts, a senior voice in their highest-stakes pitch rooms, and a strategic partner on the work that matters most.
